Solid Training started with that simple belief. What began as a handful of West Siders lifting together on Bridgetown Road grew into a gym where adults 50 and up train for the life they actually want: strong, capable, and independent.

We're not a franchise and we don't want to be. One gym, one community, coaches who know every member by name — that's the whole model.

It's why our members stay for years, and why most new faces walk in because a friend wouldn't stop talking about us.

Nobody trains alone here. Every session is led by a coach who knows your program, your history, and your name — and fixes your form before bad habits set in.

The bar gets heavy; the room never does. Members notice when you're gone, cheer when you PR, and make walking in the door the easiest part of training.

Strength on the bar, ease on the stairs, energy through the afternoon. We track progress and adjust programs so every session moves you forward.
