We use a wide variety of tools to target all areas that you will need to work to reach your goals. These tools include kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells, battle ropes, tires and hammers, balance tools, maces, boxing tools and more. We incorporate the use of these tools differently with each trainee to maximize their results.
